目的:观察正常儿童和青少年的眼表健康状态。方法招募健康、无眼表刺激症状的3~18岁儿童及青少年70名,观察眼表健康形态,评估睑缘异常评分、睑板腺评分、角膜上皮荧光素钠染色评分(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)等眼表指标。按年龄分为儿童组(3~11岁)和青少年组(12~18岁),分析比较两组各眼表指标的差异。结果70名受检者中,22名(31.4%)睑缘异常评分≥1分,20名(28.6%)睑板腺评分≥1分;11名(15.5%)角膜上皮荧光素钠着染,评分0.24±0.59分;58名(81.7%) BUT≥10秒,平均9.29±2.28秒。儿童组与青少年组比较,睑缘异常评分较低(χ2=3.86,<0.05),角膜上皮荧光染色评分较高(=2.259,<0.05),而睑板腺评分、BUT之间差异无统计学意义。结论部分健康、无眼表刺激症状的儿童和青少年人群中可存在睑缘异常和角膜上皮荧光素钠着染的现象。且随着年龄的增长,睑缘异常的比例增加,而角膜上皮损伤呈改善的趋势。

목적:관찰정상인동화청소년적안표건강상태。방법초모건강、무안표자격증상적3~18세인동급청소년70명,관찰안표건강형태,평고검연이상평분、검판선평분、각막상피형광소납염색평분(FL)、루막파렬시간(BUT)등안표지표。안년령분위인동조(3~11세)화청소년조(12~18세),분석비교량조각안표지표적차이。결과70명수검자중,22명(31.4%)검연이상평분≥1분,20명(28.6%)검판선평분≥1분;11명(15.5%)각막상피형광소납착염,평분0.24±0.59분;58명(81.7%) BUT≥10초,평균9.29±2.28초。인동조여청소년조비교,검연이상평분교저(χ2=3.86,<0.05),각막상피형광염색평분교고(=2.259,<0.05),이검판선평분、BUT지간차이무통계학의의。결론부분건강、무안표자격증상적인동화청소년인군중가존재검연이상화각막상피형광소납착염적현상。차수착년령적증장,검연이상적비례증가,이각막상피손상정개선적추세。
Objective To observe the ocular surface of normal children and adolescence. Methods Right eyes of 70 subjects (3~18 years old) without ocular surface irritation were enrolled to observe the lid margin ab-normality score, meibomian gland score,fluorescein corneal staining score and break-up time (BUT). The subjects were divided into children group (3-11 years old) and adolescence group (12-18 years old) and were observed the difference of those parameters of ocular surface between two groups. Results 22 subjects (31.4%) have a lid margin abnormality score of ≥1 and 20 subjects (28.6%) have a meibomian gland score of ≥1. 11 subjects have corneal staining and the average score is 0.24±0.59. 58 (81.7%) subjects have a BUT more than 10s and the av-erage BUT is 9.29±2.28s. Compared with adolescence group, the children groups have a lower lid margin abnormal-ity score (χ2=3.86,<0.05) but a higher fluorescein staining score ( =2.259,<0.05). The meibomian score and BUT haven’t statistical difference between the children group and adolescence group. Conclusion The lid margin abnormalities and fluorescein staining can be found in normal population of children and adolescence without ocular surface irritation. The lid margin abnormalities become less but the fluorescein corneal staining more with age.
