目的:比较互动式教学法与传统教学法在小儿体格测量教学中的应用效果研究。方法随机从我院护理专业中抽取四个班级,分别作为实验组和对照组,实验组采用互动式教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法进行小儿体格测量教学,教学完毕通过操作技能考核和学生对教学方法的满意度比较。结果实验组技能考核成绩优良率和对教学方法满意程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论互动式教学能够有效调动学生对小儿体格测量内容的学习兴趣,促进学生护理技能的提高,值得在护理教学实践中进行推广采纳。

Objective Comparative study on the effect of interactive teaching and traditional teaching methods in teaching children with physical measurements .Methods Randomly selected four classes from our nursing profession , respectively , as the experimental group and the control group , the experimental group using interactive teaching methods , control group using traditional teaching methods of teaching children with physical measurements , teaching skills assessment completed by students and teaching Compare satisfaction methods . Results Skills assessment and methods of teaching satisfaction scores had higher rate , the difference was statistically significant .Conclusions Interactive teaching can effectively mobilize students'interest to measure the content of pediatric physical in learning , improve nursing skills , which is worthwhile to adopt in nursing teaching practice.
