目的：探讨雾化吸入与体位引流对提高排痰效果的疗效。方法：100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ chronic obstructive pulmonary dis－ease，COPD）急性发作的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，观察组采用雾化吸入与体位引流，对照组采用雾化吸入排痰护理。对比两组治疗第1 d至治疗第7 d痰液总量、体温恢复正常时间及住院时间。结果：观察组与对照组痰液量分别为（83．2±10．3）mL、（60．4±5．2）mL，体温恢复正常时间分别为（5．4±1．9）d、（6．9±2．1） d，住院时间分别为（12．5±4．2） d、（15．3±3．9） d，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论：雾化吸入结合体位引流能够明显提高患者排痰量，改善症状，缩短住院时间。

Objectives:To explore the therapeutic effect of aerosol inhalation combined with postural drainage on the improvement of expecto-ration.Methods:100 cases of COPD with acute onset were randomly divided into the observation group (50 cases) using aerosol inhalation com-bined with postural drainage and the control group (50 cases) adopting aerosol inhalation for the nursing of expectoration, with the total volume of expectoration from 1th to 7 th day during treatments, recovery time of temperature and hospital stays compared in the two groups.Results:There was significant difference in the sputum volume, recovery time of temperature and hospital stays in the observation group (83.2 ±10.3 mL, 5.4 ±1.9 d, 12.5 ±4.2 d) and the control group (60.4 ±5.2 mL, 6.9 ±2.1 d, 15.3 ±3.9 d).Conclusion:The combination of aerosol inhalation and postural drainage can obviously improve sputum-drainage volume, relieve symptom and shorten the hospital stays.
