目的：探讨用不同方法治疗口腔黏膜白斑的效果。方法：将2012年6月至2014年5月我院口腔科收治的100例确诊为口腔黏膜白斑患者，按照随机法分为两组，观察组50例患者在给予综合治疗的基础上给予 CO2激光治疗，对照组50例患者患者仅给予常规综合治疗，对比两组临床疗效和治疗过程中发生不良反应的情况。结果：100例患者口腔黏膜白斑分为颗粒型、均质型、疣状型、溃疡型白斑，发生部位分布在口底、舌腹、舌缘，共335个病损区；观察组患者治愈率94．0％，对照组患者治愈率80．0％，观察组治愈率高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率2．0％，对照组患者不良反应发生率4．0％，两组间比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论：治疗口腔黏膜白斑应用基础常规的综合疗法结合 CO2激光手术治疗可行，简单易于操作、效果明显、不良反应较单纯疗法少，值得在临床中应用。

목적：탐토용불동방법치료구강점막백반적효과。방법：장2012년6월지2014년5월아원구강과수치적100례학진위구강점막백반환자，안조수궤법분위량조，관찰조50례환자재급여종합치료적기출상급여 CO2격광치료，대조조50례환자환자부급여상규종합치료，대비량조림상료효화치료과정중발생불량반응적정황。결과：100례환자구강점막백반분위과립형、균질형、우상형、궤양형백반，발생부위분포재구저、설복、설연，공335개병손구；관찰조환자치유솔94．0％，대조조환자치유솔80．0％，관찰조치유솔고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자불량반응발생솔2．0％，대조조환자불량반응발생솔4．0％，량조간비교，차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론：치료구강점막백반응용기출상규적종합요법결합 CO2격광수술치료가행，간단역우조작、효과명현、불량반응교단순요법소，치득재림상중응용。
Objective:To explore different methods in the treatment of oral leukoplakia.Methods:100 patients with oral leukoplakia hospital-ized in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The patients in the observation group were given CO 2 laser treatment besides the comprehensive treatment while the patients in the control group were only given conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The oral leukoplakia affecting the 100 patients is granular , homogeneous, verrucous or ulcerous , which was located in 335 disease areas such as the floor of the mouth, ventrum of the tongue , lingual margin, etc.The cure rate of the observation group was 94 % , which was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group (80 %) ( P <0.05);the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2 %and that of the control group was 4 %, the difference between which was not significant ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of oral leukoplakia patients by using comprehen-sive therapy combined with the conventional CO2 laser surgery is feasible, simple and easy to operate, whose therapeutic effect is obvious.Besides, it has less adverse reactions than the conventional therapy.Thus, it is worth clinically applying .
