目的：研究老年髋部骨折围手术期并发症相关危险因素。方法：对361例老年髋部骨折患者的资料进行研究，分析可能导致围手术期并发症的相关危险因素。结果：术前合并糖尿病、术前合并高血压、低白蛋白、心功能不全、白细胞（ white blood cell，WBC）计数升高、低血钾、全身麻醉、手术时间≥3 h、美国麻醉医师协会（ American Society Of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级及年龄为老年髋部骨折围手术期并发症的危险因素（ P ＜0．05）。结论：重视术前及术中危险因素在预防和减少老年髋部骨折围手术期并发症的发生中具有重要的意义。
목적：연구노년관부골절위수술기병발증상관위험인소。방법：대361례노년관부골절환자적자료진행연구，분석가능도치위수술기병발증적상관위험인소。결과：술전합병당뇨병、술전합병고혈압、저백단백、심공능불전、백세포（ white blood cell，WBC）계수승고、저혈갑、전신마취、수술시간≥3 h、미국마취의사협회（ American Society Of Anesthesiologists，ASA）분급급년령위노년관부골절위수술기병발증적위험인소（ P ＜0．05）。결론：중시술전급술중위험인소재예방화감소노년관부골절위수술기병발증적발생중구유중요적의의。
Objective:o research the relevant risk factors of stroke in senile hip fracture during the perioperative period .Methods:361 cases of senile hip fractures were collected; the related risk factors which may cause complications were analyzed.Results:Preoperative diabetes, preopera-tive hypertension, low albumin, cardiac dysfunction, increased white blood cell (WBC) count, low potassium, general anesthesia, operation time≥3 hours, American Society Of Anesthesiologists (ASA ) grading and age were correlated with stroke in senile hip fracture( P <0.05).Conclu-sion:Identifying the preoperative and perioperative risk factors is significant in preventing and reducing perioperative stroke .
