目的:探讨急性肺栓塞的血浆肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及心肌酶水平,为其诊断提供临床依据。方法收集2011年1月~2011年12月的64例急性肺栓塞患者发病48 h内的血液标本,并选取同期的64例健康体检者作对照。采用电化学发光法检测血浆cTnT、NT-proBNP水平,采用全自动生化分析仪检测心肌酶谱(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶AST、肌酸激酶CK、乳酸脱氢酶LDH、肌酸激酶同工酶CK-MB)。结果急性肺栓塞患者cTnT、NT-proBNP和血浆心肌酶的水平均高于健康体检者,其中除CK-MB( P<0.05),其余均为P<0.01。结论血浆cTnT、NT-proBNP及心肌酶谱联合检测可用于急性肺栓塞的诊断和预测。

목적:탐토급성폐전새적혈장기개단백T(cTnT)、B형뇌납태전체(NT-proBNP)급심기매수평,위기진단제공림상의거。방법수집2011년1월~2011년12월적64례급성폐전새환자발병48 h내적혈액표본,병선취동기적64례건강체검자작대조。채용전화학발광법검측혈장cTnT、NT-proBNP수평,채용전자동생화분석의검측심기매보(천문동안산안기전이매AST、기산격매CK、유산탈경매LDH、기산격매동공매CK-MB)。결과급성폐전새환자cTnT、NT-proBNP화혈장심기매적수평균고우건강체검자,기중제CK-MB( P<0.05),기여균위P<0.01。결론혈장cTnT、NT-proBNP급심기매보연합검측가용우급성폐전새적진단화예측。
Objective To investigate the acute pulmonary embolism of plasma troponin T ( cTnT) , B type natriuretic peptide precursor ( NT -proBNP ) and myocardial enzyme levels, so as to provide clinical evidence for its diagno-sis.Methods We collected from 2011 January to 2011 December 64 cases of patients with acute pulmonary embolism in 48 h blood specimens, 64 healthy persons as control were selected. By electrochemiluminescence detection of plasma cTnT, NT-proBNP levels, the detection of myocardial enzymes of automatic biochemical analyzer spectrum ( aspartate amino transferase AST, creatine kinase CK, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase isoenzyme LDH CK-MB).Results Of acute pulmonary embolism in patients with cTnT, plasma NT-proBNP and myocardial enzyme levels were higher than those in healthy volunteers, in addition to CK-MB (P<0.05), the others were P<0.01.Conclusions Plasma cTnT, NT-proBNP and myocardial enzyme spectrum detection can be used for the prediction and diagnosis of acute pul-monary embolism.
