目的：研究佛山南海社区2型糖尿病患者的自我管理现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和自我管理量表对南海3个社区的82例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果82例患者的自我管理行为平均分为（16．21±6．36），总体水平普遍偏低，占80．5％；自我管理行为量表的5个维度中，得分由高到低的顺序依次为：药物依从性、足部护理、饮食控制、运动依从性和血糖监测。是否在职、家庭人均月收入、病程、是否吸烟及糖化血红蛋白的值对自我管理水平总分及各维度得分的影响具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论佛山南海社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平总体偏低，各维度水平不一，自我管理行为的影响因素较多；有必要采取针对性的自我管理干预措施。

Objective To investigate the self-management level and its influencing factors of type 2 diabetes patients in community in Nanhai of Foshan .Methods A total of 82 patients with type 2diabetes from three communities were investigated with a general information questionnaire and self -management scale . Results The average score of self-management was (16.21 ±6.36), 80.5% patients'self-management was low.All subscales scoring from high to low in turn were: medicine, foot care, diet control, exercise and blood glucose monitoring.The vocation, family per capita income , duration of illness, smoking and the value of glycosylated hemoglobin were influencing factors of self-management(P<0.05).Conclusions The score of self-management of patients with type 2 diabetes in community in Nanhai of Foshan was low in general;All subscales were different , there were many influencing factors .So it is necessary to carry out targeted self-management interventions .
