目的：在分析社区老年2型糖尿病护理技术的基础上，通过调查问卷了解社区老年2型糖尿病患者护理服务的需求情况。方法：采用自行设计的问卷，对社区参与糖尿病慢性病管理的400例老年2型糖尿病患者，进行社区护理服务的需求情况随机抽样调查。结果：社区老年2型糖尿病患者对护理技术咨询服务、干预服务以及服务方式的需求均分分别为（2．61±0．83）分、（2．51±0．75）分、（2．57±0．79）分，需求总分为（2．56±0．78）分，年龄段在60～69岁的患者在护理技术咨询服务、干预服务以及服务方式的需求均分均高于年龄段在≥70岁的患者（ P ＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义；文化程度在初中及以下的患者在护理技术咨询服务、干预服务以及服务方式的需求均分均高于文化程度在初中以及初中以上的患者（ P ＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：社区老年2型糖尿病患者对社区服务需求不强，社区卫生服务中心应更改服务方式，加强健康教育，重点关注60～69岁、文化程度初中以下的患者的护理技术服务需求。
목적：재분석사구노년2형당뇨병호리기술적기출상，통과조사문권료해사구노년2형당뇨병환자호리복무적수구정황。방법：채용자행설계적문권，대사구삼여당뇨병만성병관리적400례노년2형당뇨병환자，진행사구호리복무적수구정황수궤추양조사。결과：사구노년2형당뇨병환자대호리기술자순복무、간예복무이급복무방식적수구균분분별위（2．61±0．83）분、（2．51±0．75）분、（2．57±0．79）분，수구총분위（2．56±0．78）분，년령단재60～69세적환자재호리기술자순복무、간예복무이급복무방식적수구균분균고우년령단재≥70세적환자（ P ＜0．05），차이구유통계학의의；문화정도재초중급이하적환자재호리기술자순복무、간예복무이급복무방식적수구균분균고우문화정도재초중이급초중이상적환자（ P ＜0．05），차이구유통계학의의。결론：사구노년2형당뇨병환자대사구복무수구불강，사구위생복무중심응경개복무방식，가강건강교육，중점관주60～69세、문화정도초중이하적환자적호리기술복무수구。
Objective:To analyze the nursing technologies in community for patients with elderly type 2 diabetes,and to investigate with ques-tionnaire the conditions of demand for nursing service in these patients.Methods:400 patients with elderly type 2 diabetes under community chronic disease management for diabetes were given random sampling investigation with self -designed questionnaire about the conditions of demand for nursing service in community.Results:The average score of three dimensions of demand for the service that patients with elderly type 2 diabetes needed, including nursing technology consultation service,intervention service and mode of service,was 2.61 ±0.83,2.51 ±0.75 and 2.57 ± 0.79, respectively, with the total average score 2.56 ±0.78.Each of the average score of the above three dimensions of demand in the 60~69 age group was better than that in the over-70 age group ( P <0.05) .Each of the average score of the above three dimensions of demand in patients who got an education of less than 9 years was better than that in patients with higher education( P <0.05).Conclusion:There is no strong demand for community medical service in patients with elderly type 2 diabetes.The community health service centre should change the mode of service, en-hancing the health education and giving more concern about the demand for nursing technology and nursing service in patients who are in their six-ties and have received an education of less than 9 years.
