目的:探讨茯砖茶对一次大量饮酒雌鼠肝组织酶的影响。方法:将50只健康昆明种雌性小鼠按体重随机分为白酒模型对照组、空白对照组、茯砖茶组、维生素C+茯砖茶组、加锌茯砖茶组5个组,白酒模型实验组和空白组在实验期间饮用水;其他各组自由饮用溶于水的茯砖茶、加维生素C的茯砖茶和加乳酸锌的茯砖茶,连续饮用30 d,第30 d行空腹白酒灌胃,16 h后取小鼠肝脏组织制备匀浆,测定其超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)的含量和谷丙转氨酶(ac-tivity and c transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶( aspertate aminotransferase,AST)含量。结果:模型组雌鼠的肝组织 SOD 含量低于茯砖茶组(t =12.15, P <0.01),茯砖茶+维生素C组、茯砖茶加锌组SOD含量高于白酒模型组( P <0.01),茯砖茶+维生素 C组的SOD含量高于茯砖茶组( t =5.37, P <0.05);白酒模型组GSH-PX含量低于空白组( t =10.47, P <0.01),茯砖茶组的 GSH-PX含量高于白酒模型组( t =7.61, P <0.01);茯砖茶+维生素C组、加锌茯砖茶组GSH-PX含量高于白酒模型组( t =10.47, P <0.01),添加维生素C和锌后的茯砖茶组的GSH-PX含量高于茯砖茶组( t =11.08, P <0.01);白酒模型组肝组织中 ALT 含量高于空白对照组( t =2.79, P <0.01),也高于茯砖茶+维生素C组( t =4.26, P <0.01);茯砖茶组、茯砖茶+维生素C组 AST含量高于模型组( t =2.42, P <0.05;t =2.26, P <0.05)。结论:雌鼠一次大量饮酒会引起SOD和GSH-PX含量下降、ALT及AST含量升高;饮用茯砖茶对于一次大量饮酒后SOD和GSH-PX以及AST有一定保护作用,但对于ALT没有明显的作用;饮用添加了维生素 C的茯砖茶对于肝脏这四种酶的保护作用可能更好。

목적:탐토복전다대일차대량음주자서간조직매적영향。방법:장50지건강곤명충자성소서안체중수궤분위백주모형대조조、공백대조조、복전다조、유생소C+복전다조、가자복전다조5개조,백주모형실험조화공백조재실험기간음용수;기타각조자유음용용우수적복전다、가유생소C적복전다화가유산자적복전다,련속음용30 d,제30 d행공복백주관위,16 h후취소서간장조직제비균장,측정기초양화물기화매(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、곡광감태과양화물매(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)적함량화곡병전안매(ac-tivity and c transaminase,ALT)、곡초전안매( aspertate aminotransferase,AST)함량。결과:모형조자서적간조직 SOD 함량저우복전다조(t =12.15, P <0.01),복전다+유생소C조、복전다가자조SOD함량고우백주모형조( P <0.01),복전다+유생소 C조적SOD함량고우복전다조( t =5.37, P <0.05);백주모형조GSH-PX함량저우공백조( t =10.47, P <0.01),복전다조적 GSH-PX함량고우백주모형조( t =7.61, P <0.01);복전다+유생소C조、가자복전다조GSH-PX함량고우백주모형조( t =10.47, P <0.01),첨가유생소C화자후적복전다조적GSH-PX함량고우복전다조( t =11.08, P <0.01);백주모형조간조직중 ALT 함량고우공백대조조( t =2.79, P <0.01),야고우복전다+유생소C조( t =4.26, P <0.01);복전다조、복전다+유생소C조 AST함량고우모형조( t =2.42, P <0.05;t =2.26, P <0.05)。결론:자서일차대량음주회인기SOD화GSH-PX함량하강、ALT급AST함량승고;음용복전다대우일차대량음주후SOD화GSH-PX이급AST유일정보호작용,단대우ALT몰유명현적작용;음용첨가료유생소 C적복전다대우간장저사충매적보호작용가능경호。
Objective: To explore the effects of Fuzhuan tea on the enzymes in hepatic tissue of female rats, consuming a large amount of alco-hol at a time.Methods:50 healthy female rats of Kunming species were randomly divided into the model control group, blank control group, Fuzhuan tea group, Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C group, and Fuzhuan tea with zinc group by weight.The rats in the alcohol model control group and blank control group drank water while rats in the other three groups drank Fuzhuan tea, Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C and Fuzhuan tea with zinc dis-solved in water freely and respectively, which sustained 30 days in succession.On the 30th day, the rats with empty stomach in all groups were giv-en alcohol by gavage except the blank control group.16 hours later, the hepatic tissue homogenate of all rats was prepared for the determination of the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST).Results:The content of SOD in hepatic tissue in the model control group was lower than that in the Fuzhuan tea group( t =12.15, P <0.01), in the Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C and zinc group higher than that in the alcohol model control group( P <0.01)and in the Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C group higher than that in the Fuzhuan tea group( t =5.37, P <0.05).The content of GSH-PX in the alcohol model control group was lower than that in the blank control group( t =10.47, P <0.01), in the Fuzhuan tea group higher than that in the model control group( t =7.61, P <0.01), in the Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C and with zinc group higher than that in the model control group( t =10.47, P <0.01), and in the two groups with vitamin C and zinc higher than that in the Fuzhuan tea group( t =11.08 P <0.01).The content of ALT in the model con-trol group was higher than that in the blank control group( t =2.79, P <0.01)and in the Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C group( t =4.26, P <0.01).The content of AST in the Fuzhuan tea group and the Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C group was higher than that in the model control group( t =2.42, P <0.05;t =2.26, P <0.05).Conclusion:After female rats consume a large amount of alcohol at a time, which induces the decline of the content of SOD and GSH-PX, with ALT and AST increased, Fuzhuan tea drinking of female rats has a certain protective effect on SOD, GSH-PX and AST, but has no apparent influence on ALT.The intake of Fuzhuan tea with vitamin C is likely to achieve better results in the pro-tection for four enzymes of liver.
