冷轧反渗透浓水中含有大量难降解有机物,属于高含盐量、高 COD的特种废水,如将其直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。该文在臭氧氧化和臭氧紫外催化氧化两种条件下对冷轧反渗透浓水中的 COD进行降解试验。结果表明臭氧紫外催化氧化在降解浓水的COD的试验中存在明显的协同促进作用。当臭氧量为20.43 mg/ L·min,通入60 min时,臭氧单独作用下浓水 COD去除率为35%;有臭氧紫外协同条件下,COD去除率为50%。

랭알반삼투농수중함유대량난강해유궤물,속우고함염량、고 COD적특충폐수,여장기직접배방회조성엄중적배경오염。해문재취양양화화취양자외최화양화량충조건하대랭알반삼투농수중적 COD진행강해시험。결과표명취양자외최화양화재강해농수적COD적시험중존재명현적협동촉진작용。당취양량위20.43 mg/ L·min,통입60 min시,취양단독작용하농수 COD거제솔위35%;유취양자외협동조건하,COD거제솔위50%。
RO concentrated water after cold-rolling wastewater treatment is high salinity and high COD industry wastewater.Degradation experiments of COD in RO concentrated water after cold-rolling wastewater treatment under the condition of ozone alone andO3 / UV were studied. The results show that O3 / UV exist obvious synergistic effect,and the degradation rate of COD increases with theincrease of ozone concentration,UV intensity and reaction time. The removal rate of COD is 35% under the condition and that is99. 5% under the condition of O3 / UV,when ozone dosage is 20. 43 mg/ L·min and retention time is 60 min.
