针对多晶硅厂循环冷却水系统水质不稳定造成生产设备事故频发的问题,采用 Puckorius指数理论分析水质稳定性,研究了循环冷却水对设备腐蚀结垢的影响,结合现场实际提出可行的水处理指导。经一年运行监测表明水质指标稳定,设备运行情况平稳。
針對多晶硅廠循環冷卻水繫統水質不穩定造成生產設備事故頻髮的問題,採用 Puckorius指數理論分析水質穩定性,研究瞭循環冷卻水對設備腐蝕結垢的影響,結閤現場實際提齣可行的水處理指導。經一年運行鑑測錶明水質指標穩定,設備運行情況平穩。

In view of production equipment accident caused by instable water quality of recirculating cooling water system in polysilicon plant,the water quality stability was analyzed by the Puckorius index theory. The effect of recirculating cooling water on equipment corrosion and scaling was studied. Finally,a feasible water treatment guide was put forward with the actual situation. One year's operation and monitoring indicates water quality is stable and the equipment running status is ideal.
