目的：在对顽固性面瘫的孕妇进行治疗时应用三重法，并对其疗效进行观察并分析。方法选取2013年12月～2014年12月在我院进行治疗的患有顽固性面瘫孕妇68例，在取得了本人的同意后对其进行临床实践与观察，对全部孕妇采用三重法为主的针灸治疗方法，由护理人员为孕妇提供优质的护理服务，并对其疗效进行观察。结果经过治疗后，68例孕妇中，痊愈48例，显效14例，有效4例，无效2例，经计算，孕妇治疗总有效率达到了97.1%。结论在对患有顽固性面瘫的孕妇进行治疗时，使用三重法有着十分理想的疗效，值得对其进行应用并推广。
목적：재대완고성면탄적잉부진행치료시응용삼중법，병대기료효진행관찰병분석。방법선취2013년12월～2014년12월재아원진행치료적환유완고성면탄잉부68례，재취득료본인적동의후대기진행림상실천여관찰，대전부잉부채용삼중법위주적침구치료방법，유호리인원위잉부제공우질적호리복무，병대기료효진행관찰。결과경과치료후，68례잉부중，전유48례，현효14례，유효4례，무효2례，경계산，잉부치료총유효솔체도료97.1%。결론재대환유완고성면탄적잉부진행치료시，사용삼중법유착십분이상적료효，치득대기진행응용병추엄。
ObjectiveIn the treatment of stubborn facial paralysis of pregnant women pregnant women with triple method was applied, and the curative effect observation and analysis.MethodsSelection in December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital for treatment of patients with intractable facial paralysis, 68 cases of pregnant women, after achieved I agree on the clinical practice and observation, 68 cases of pregnant women are all made of triple method of acupuncture treatment for clinical treatment, for pregnant women to provide high quality nursing service by nurses, and the curative effect observation.ResultsAfter treatment, 68 cases of pregnant women in 48 cases cured, 14 cases had marked effect, 4 cases were effective and ineffective in 2 cases, by the calculation, the clinical total effective rate reached 97.1% of pregnant women.ConclusionIn the treatment of pregnant women with intractable facial paralysis, using triple method has ideal curative effect, is worth popularizing and application.
