王夫之是明末清初的大儒,其著述丰富,思想体系博大精深,在儒学史中具有崇高地位。王夫之哲学体系的核心和基础是其本体论:之所以是核心,是因为天地万物的生成皆由本体生化开始,并由本体之生生而日新;之所以是基础,是因为宇宙论、人性论、修养论、境界论皆依本体论而起。但学界对于王夫之本体论的研究还比较薄弱,本文专门对之进行研究,以彰显王夫之哲学中本体的多重内涵,展示其具有“健顺”义、“一物”义、“絪缊”义、“合同”义、“神理”义、“感、几”义、“主持”义、“至善”义等八个方面。本体具此八义,才能既是存在根据,又是物质基础,既具有运化之能,又具有价值色彩,全具此四个维度,本体才能较为圆融。而这正是王夫之哲学超越以往儒学中理本论、心本论和传统气本论的关键所在。

Wang Fuzhi is a famous Confucian in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.He wrote many books and had a complex philosophy system.Wang Fuzhi ontology is the core and foundation of his philosophy system.As the core, the noumenon produced the universe.The cosmology, the theory of human nature, the theory of culti-vation and the theory of life realm are all based on Wang Fuzhi ontology.I specially discuss Wang Fuzhi ontology in the paper and reveal its eight meanings:energetic and obedient, one, Yinyun, harmony, marvelous, interac-tion, coordination, summum bonum.The eight meanings are the existence basis and the material base of all things, and have the capacity for production and the trend toward value.
