利用Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3为烧结助剂，在1900℃下无压烧结制备SiC陶瓷。用XRD和SEM分析SiC陶瓷表面氧化产物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明：烧结助剂为wt（2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3）所制备的SiC陶瓷所形成的颗粒较为光滑，且孔隙相对较小。
利用Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3為燒結助劑，在1900℃下無壓燒結製備SiC陶瓷。用XRD和SEM分析SiC陶瓷錶麵氧化產物相組成和微觀形貌。結果錶明：燒結助劑為wt（2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3）所製備的SiC陶瓷所形成的顆粒較為光滑，且孔隙相對較小。
이용Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3위소결조제，재1900℃하무압소결제비SiC도자。용XRD화SEM분석SiC도자표면양화산물상조성화미관형모。결과표명：소결조제위wt（2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3）소제비적SiC도자소형성적과립교위광활，차공극상대교소。
This paperused Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3 as a sintering additives, Silicon carbide ceramics were prepared by pressing and sintering at 1900℃, the phase composition and surface morphology of oxidized products on the sur-face were studied by XRD and SEM methods. The results showed that, used wt(2%Al2O3+4%MgO+4%Y2O3) as a sin-tering additives, the particles of SiC ceramics were relatively smooth, and the pores is relatively small.
