研究了铪掺混与钛掺混对纳米金刚石场发射特性。根据金属铪与钛的不同性质,分别对纳米金刚石掺混铪和钛,通过电泳法在钛基底上制备了纳米金刚石复合阴极样品,测试了其场发射性能。通过实验发现,掺钛相比纯净的纳米金刚石涂层的场发射特性有所提高,并且钛掺混纳米金刚石涂层的均匀性和稳定性比较好,而掺铪场发射特性下降。分析表明这与金属铪和钛的特性有关。
研究瞭鉿摻混與鈦摻混對納米金剛石場髮射特性。根據金屬鉿與鈦的不同性質,分彆對納米金剛石摻混鉿和鈦,通過電泳法在鈦基底上製備瞭納米金剛石複閤陰極樣品,測試瞭其場髮射性能。通過實驗髮現,摻鈦相比純淨的納米金剛石塗層的場髮射特性有所提高,併且鈦摻混納米金剛石塗層的均勻性和穩定性比較好,而摻鉿場髮射特性下降。分析錶明這與金屬鉿和鈦的特性有關。
연구료협참혼여태참혼대납미금강석장발사특성。근거금속협여태적불동성질,분별대납미금강석참혼협화태,통과전영법재태기저상제비료납미금강석복합음겁양품,측시료기장발사성능。통과실험발현,참태상비순정적납미금강석도층적장발사특성유소제고,병차태참혼납미금강석도층적균균성화은정성비교호,이참협장발사특성하강。분석표명저여금속협화태적특성유관。
Field emission characteristics of hafnium-doped and titanium-doped nano-diamond are studied. Ac-cording to the different properties of metal hafnium and titanium,nano-diamond is mixed with Hf and Ti separate-ly,and nano-diamond composite cathode samples on Ti substrate are prepared by electrophoresis,finally field e-mission characteristics are tested. It is found that compared with purified nano -diamond coating,field emission characteristics of Ti-doped nano-diamond improve to some extent,and the uniformity and stability are better, however,field emission characteristics of Hf-doped samples decrease. It is analyzed that these are related with the properties of metal Hf and Ti.
