目的：比较分析不同采血方法在妊娠期糖尿病临床筛查中的应用效果。方法选择2014年10月我院妇产科怀疑血糖异常的孕妇56例作为研究对象，同时采集静脉血与末梢血标本，应用血液分析仪测定两种血液标本的血常规指标，比较检测结果的差异性。结果末梢血的红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT）、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量（MCH）、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度（MCHC）及血小板计数（PLT）较静脉血显著降低，WBC及红细胞平均体积（MCV）显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组GLU水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论不同采血方法的血糖及血常规检查结果存在一定的差异，但在妊娠糖尿病的筛查方面应用价值相当，可用于妊娠糖尿病的筛查。
목적：비교분석불동채혈방법재임신기당뇨병림상사사중적응용효과。방법선택2014년10월아원부산과부의혈당이상적잉부56례작위연구대상，동시채집정맥혈여말소혈표본，응용혈액분석의측정량충혈액표본적혈상규지표，비교검측결과적차이성。결과말소혈적홍세포（RBC）、백세포（Hb）、홍세포압적（HCT）、홍세포평균혈홍단백함량（MCH）、홍세포평균혈홍단백농도（MCHC）급혈소판계수（PLT）교정맥혈현저강저，WBC급홍세포평균체적（MCV）현저승고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조GLU수평차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론불동채혈방법적혈당급혈상규검사결과존재일정적차이，단재임신당뇨병적사사방면응용개치상당，가용우임신당뇨병적사사。
ObjectiveTo comparative analysis of different blood sampling method in the application of clinical screening for gestational diabetes.MethodsChoice in October 2014, 56 cases of pregnant women suspected blood glucose abnormalities obstetrics and gynecology hospital as the research object, venous blood and peripheral blood samples at the same time, the application of blood analyzer determine two kinds of blood specimen of blood routine indexes, the differences of comparison test results.ResultsOf peripheral blood red blood cell (RBC), white blood cells (Hb), red blood cells deposited (HCT), RBC average content of hemoglobin (MCH), red blood hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and signiifcantly reduce the blood platelet count (PLT), the WBC and RBC a signiifcant rise in the average volume (MCV), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); GLU levels similar between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05). ConclusionDifferent blood sampling method of blood sugar and blood routine examination result has certain differences, but in terms of gestational diabetes screening application value, can be used for the screening of gestational diabetes mellitus.
