以EQ491型发动机油底壳为研究对象,通过有限元法得到了油底壳模型的固有频率和振型,运用模态实验技术,验证了有限元模型的合理性。在原始有限元模型的基础上,对油底壳模型进行约束模态分析,验证了油底壳结构的合理性,即油底壳固有频率远大于发动机机体激振频率。
以EQ491型髮動機油底殼為研究對象,通過有限元法得到瞭油底殼模型的固有頻率和振型,運用模態實驗技術,驗證瞭有限元模型的閤理性。在原始有限元模型的基礎上,對油底殼模型進行約束模態分析,驗證瞭油底殼結構的閤理性,即油底殼固有頻率遠大于髮動機機體激振頻率。

Based on EQ491 oil pan, the vibration mode and inherent frequency of the oil pan model were gained by the finite element method. The rationality of the finite element model was verified by modal experiments. On the basis of the original finite element model, the constraint modal of the oil pan model was analyzed. The rationality of the oil pan structure was verified, i.e., the inherent frequency of the oil pan is greater than excitation frequency of the engine body.
