目的：：重建包括骨性结构及主要软组织结构在内的膝关节三维模型，为人体膝关节形态学研究及运动损伤的评估分析及康复治疗提供理论基础。方法：健康男性志愿者，排除骨骼肌肉系统先天性畸形和疾病，对其双侧膝关节行 CT 与MRI 扫描，其中 MRI 选取质子加权序列(PdWI 序列)和 STIR 脉冲序列，利用 Mimics 10.0根据 CT 图像、MRI 的 PdWI 和STIR 序列所得图像分别重建骨性结构、韧带以及半月板。所得模型分别导入 Geomagic Studio 11软件进行细化修饰，以及骨性结构和主要软组织结构的三维配准，构建膝关节骨性结构及其附属软骨、韧带结构的数字化模型。结果：最终建立了具有骨、半月板、侧副韧带等主要结构在内的三维膝关节模型。结论：利用 CT 对骨性结构显影佳、MRI 对软组织显影佳的特点，基于 Mimics 和 Geomagic Studio 对图像进行重建与图像配准，可构建形态学满意的膝关节三维模型，可满足教学、运动仿真及生物力学分析。
목적：：중건포괄골성결구급주요연조직결구재내적슬관절삼유모형，위인체슬관절형태학연구급운동손상적평고분석급강복치료제공이론기출。방법：건강남성지원자，배제골격기육계통선천성기형화질병，대기쌍측슬관절행 CT 여MRI 소묘，기중 MRI 선취질자가권서렬(PdWI 서렬)화 STIR 맥충서렬，이용 Mimics 10.0근거 CT 도상、MRI 적 PdWI 화STIR 서렬소득도상분별중건골성결구、인대이급반월판。소득모형분별도입 Geomagic Studio 11연건진행세화수식，이급골성결구화주요연조직결구적삼유배준，구건슬관절골성결구급기부속연골、인대결구적수자화모형。결과：최종건립료구유골、반월판、측부인대등주요결구재내적삼유슬관절모형。결론：이용 CT 대골성결구현영가、MRI 대연조직현영가적특점，기우 Mimics 화 Geomagic Studio 대도상진행중건여도상배준，가구건형태학만의적슬관절삼유모형，가만족교학、운동방진급생물역학분석。
Obj ective :To reconstruct a model of knee joint with bone structure and major soft tissue for providing theoretical basis for morphological study of knee joint,assessing the condition of injury and treatment.Methods :CT and MRI data were harvested by scanning the knee joint of a healthy male volunteer without musculoskeletal disorders.And the MRI sequences were PdWI and STIR.The bone structure and major soft tissue were reconstructed using 3D reconstruction software Mimics. Then those models were imported to Geomagic Studio 1 1 to be polished and matched.Result :Finally,the model of knee joint with bone,meniscus and collateral ligaments etc.was reconstructed.Conclusion:Under CT developing bone structure and MRI developing soft tissue,the model of knee joint can be reconstructed by Mimics and Geomagic Studio,to satisfy the requirements of education,motion stimulation and biomechanical analysis.
