文章旨在了解贵州省大学生人际关系的现状和特点，为改善其人际关系提供参考。以人际关系综合诊断量表测查贵州省554名大学生。结果发现，43.14％的大学生人际关系存在不同程度的困扰；不同生源、有无留守经历、不同家庭经济状况、不同家庭教育方式大学生的人际关系困扰存在显著差异。在此基础上，提出改善大学生人际关系的几点建议。

The current research aimed at interpersonal relationship and its characteristics in college students in Guizhou Prov‐ince. Five hundred and fifty four college students were tested with the Overall Diagnosis Scale of Interpersonal Relationship .The results show that (1)43 .14% of the subjects were bothered by interpersonal relationship problems in varying degrees ,and (2)that there were significant differences on the bases of resident areas ,parent -child separation ,family financial status ,and parenting styles .Some suggestion was proposed to inform the improvement of interpersonal relationship in college students .
