目的::通过观察去除神经支配对侧支血管动脉发生标记物缝隙连接蛋白40(CX40)表达变化,探讨神经调节与动脉发生的相互作用。方法:健康 SD 大鼠,右侧行股动脉结扎加坐骨神经和股神经切除术,左侧作为正常对照,存活8周后,结合共聚焦免疫荧光分别观察对照侧血管和股动脉结扎加去神经诱导的侧支血管 CX40的表达变化。结果:正常动脉血管内皮细胞表达 CX40;去神经侧较大侧支血管仍表达高水平的 CX40,但在缺血部位新生的微小血管 CX40的表达很低甚至缺如。其荧光强度的比较差异有统计学意义。结论:在股动脉结扎诱导的大鼠后肢侧支血管生长模型中,神经对动脉发生非常重要。

목적::통과관찰거제신경지배대측지혈관동맥발생표기물봉극련접단백40(CX40)표체변화,탐토신경조절여동맥발생적상호작용。방법:건강 SD 대서,우측행고동맥결찰가좌골신경화고신경절제술,좌측작위정상대조,존활8주후,결합공취초면역형광분별관찰대조측혈관화고동맥결찰가거신경유도적측지혈관 CX40적표체변화。결과:정상동맥혈관내피세포표체 CX40;거신경측교대측지혈관잉표체고수평적 CX40,단재결혈부위신생적미소혈관 CX40적표체흔저심지결여。기형광강도적비교차이유통계학의의。결론:재고동맥결찰유도적대서후지측지혈관생장모형중,신경대동맥발생비상중요。
Obj ective :To explore the interaction between nerve regulation and artery angiogenesis by investigating the effect of denervation on the expression of CX40 in the growing collateral vessels.Methods :In the right hindlimbs of SD rats,the femoral artery was ligated and sciatic and femoral nerves were cut off at the same time.The left one served as normal control. After 8-week survival, the animals were sacrificed. The expression of CX40 was detected by immunofluorescence histochemistry and observed under the laser confocal scanning microscope.Results :In the normal vessels the endothelium expressed CX40.In the neo-big collateral vessels induced by femoral artery ligation plus denervation,the expression of CX40 was significantly increased as compared to the normal arterial vessels.While CX40 was very low even absent in neo-small arterioles.Conclusion:The neural regulation is an important factor in the collateral vessel growth induced by femoral artery ligation in rat hind limb.
