目的:研究亚低温疗法辅助治疗脑出血术后对炎性因子的影响,以及对患者预后的影响。方法选取我院收治的脑出血患者60例,按照分层随机法随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予开颅血肿清除术,观察组则在开颅血肿清除术后6h内进行亚低温疗法,比较对两组临床情况。结果两组术前CRP、TNF-α水平均高于术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组预后GOS评级明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温疗法辅助颅内血肿清除术是一种有效的辅助治疗方法,对患者的预后有利。

Objective To study the effect of mild hypothermia therapy adjuvant therapy after the op-eration of cerebral hemorrhage on inflammatory factors, and record and the influence on prognosis of the patients. Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected by strati-fied random method, divided randomly into the observation group and the control group, the control group received craniotomy evacuation of hematoma, the observation group of hypothermia therapy in 6 hours after hematoma evacuation, comparison of the clinical condition of two groups. Results The two groups preoperative CRP, TNF-alpha levels were higher after the operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients in the observation group CRP, TNF-alpha levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group prognosis GOS rating was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Mild hypothermia therapy assisted removal of intracranial hematoma is an excellent and effective treatment, is very beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.
