玻化微珠无机外墙保温板作为一种新型的外墙保温材料,由于其良好的耐火以及隔热性能受到了市场的欢迎。实验通过在玻化微珠保温板中掺入水玻璃,使其形成封闭的小孔,很好地提高了保温板的隔热性能。在其他材料以及工艺不变的条件下,采用响应曲面法(RSM)进行实验设计,对配比当中的玻化微珠、气凝胶和水玻璃的掺量对玻化微珠保温板的影响进行了研究,通过选取导热系数指标为优选控制因素,通过建立合适的数据模型,计算得出优化后最佳的配比方案,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明:玻化微珠和气凝胶对保温板强度有显著影响,玻化微珠和水玻璃掺量对保温板隔热性能有显著影响,在最优配比下制成的保温板,其各方面的性能都超过了国家标准中的要求。

As a new exterior wall thermal insulation material, because of its good fireproof and heat insulation performance, the glazed hollow bead inorganic exterior wall insulation board receives a warm wel-come by the market. In this experiment, through adding the water glass into the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead to form closed pores, the heat insulation performance of the insulation board is improved. Un-changed in other materials and process conditions, using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) in exper-imental design, the influence of the admixture proportion of glazed hollow bead, aerogel and water glass for thermal insulation glazed hollow bead plate were studied, through the selection of the thermal conductivity for the optimization of control factors, through the establishment of data model the appropriate proportion, calculated the best scheme optimization, and its performance was tested. The results show that the glazed hollow bead and gel have significant influence on the heat insulation plate strength, glazed hollow bead and water glass content has a significant influence on insulation properties of the insulation board; the insulation board made in optimal proportions shows better performance than the demands in national standard.
