商务英语翻译“政校行企外”五方联动型人才培养模式具有“政府主导、行业指导、高校主体、企业参与、境外合作”的特点，其研究对于学科建设具有重要的意义。文章拟从儒家和谐哲学角度出发，探讨“政”、“校”、“行”、“企”、“外”之间协调平衡、共生共存的相互关系并就如何促进各方互利多赢提出建议。
商務英語翻譯“政校行企外”五方聯動型人纔培養模式具有“政府主導、行業指導、高校主體、企業參與、境外閤作”的特點，其研究對于學科建設具有重要的意義。文章擬從儒傢和諧哲學角度齣髮，探討“政”、“校”、“行”、“企”、“外”之間協調平衡、共生共存的相互關繫併就如何促進各方互利多贏提齣建議。
상무영어번역“정교행기외”오방련동형인재배양모식구유“정부주도、행업지도、고교주체、기업삼여、경외합작”적특점，기연구대우학과건설구유중요적의의。문장의종유가화해철학각도출발，탐토“정”、“교”、“행”、“기”、“외”지간협조평형、공생공존적상호관계병취여하촉진각방호리다영제출건의。
The “Government-university-industry-enterprise-overseas institute” Personnel Training Model of business English translation education is government-leading ,university-driving ,industry-guiding ,enterprise-participating and overseas institute-co‐operating” ,which is of great significance for the development of the course .This paper therefore discusses the relationship among the five parties concerned and proposes some suggestions on how to achieve mutual benefit for them from a perspective of Confu‐cian philosophy of harmony .
