为适应大众创业、万众创新的需要，我国高校创业教育正在全面展开。我国在创业教育方面起步较晚，认真研究以美国为代表的西方国家的高校创业教育对我国具有重要的借鉴意义。美国的高校创业教育起步较早，并在创业教育的目的、内容和形式等方面积累了一些比较成功的经验，这些经验对于我国高校科学地开展创业教育，完善创业教育内容，丰富创业教育形式，提高创业教育效益，均有非常有益的启示。

To meet the demand of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship education is comprehensively implemented in Chinese universities. Entrepreneurship education in China started rather late, so it is of significance to learn from the entrepreneurship education of America as a representative of the western countries. The entrepreneurship education in American universities started earlier, thus has accumulated successful experience in the objectives, contents and forms of entrepreneurship education, which has beneficial implications to China in developing scientific university entrepreneurship education, as well as in perfecting the contents, enriching the forms and improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.
