目前,利用红外热成像仪检测与研究建筑物缺陷方面,主要集中在对缺陷诊断方法的介绍和缺陷的案例分析,很难在保证建筑物完整性的前提下,对围护结构的缺陷类型快速作出判断。为了保证建筑物的完整性和节能性,减少建筑物的能源消耗,利用红外热成像仪,主要对鼓包、发霉、裂缝三种缺陷进行了温度场变化规律的分析与比较。在整个测试过程中,鼓包体的温度变化相对比较平缓;发霉体在升温过程中的温度变化明显小于降温过程中的温度变化;裂缝在升温过程中的温度变化明显大于降温过程,但是裂缝的温度变化都和周围的围护结构温度变化基本一致。为远距离判断围护结构的缺陷类型提供了一定的判断依据。

At present, the use of infrared thermal imaging detection and the structure defects study mainly concentrate in the introduction to defect diagnosis methods, and case analysis of defects. It is hard to judge the palisade structure defect types quickly under the premise that ensure the integrity of the building. In order to ensure the integrity and energy conservation of the building, reduce the energy consumption, the infrared thermal imager is utilized mainly to analyze and compare three defects including the hollowing, mildew and cracks and gain the variation law of temperature field. In the process of the whole test, the temperature change of the hollowing parts is relatively flat; the temperature change of the mildew parts in the heating process is bigger than in the cooling process; the temperature change of the cracking parts in the heating process is bigger than in the cooling process. The paper provides a certain basis to test the types of defects of palisade structure over a long distance.
