运用流场仿真软件Fluent对滑阀阀口流道进行了流动特性的仿真分析,研究了不同沉割槽尺寸、开度下的压力分布截面图、速度分布截面图和三维流线图,以减小阀口在启、闭过程中的不利影响因素。

Based on fluent software, the flow characteristics of the orifice of slide valve are simulated. The section of pressure and velocity distributions and three-dimensional flown line plot are studied according to different undercut slot dimension and opening of slide valve ,which can reduce the disadvantage influence in opening process and closing process of slide valve.
