外墙外保温技术作为一种新型建筑节能措施,其有效性在实践中得到了普遍的认可。近些年,随着国家对民用建筑节能标准的强制执行,外墙外保温得到迅速的普及,然而在使用过程中也出现了饰面层开裂渗水、空鼓、脱落、泛霜、耐久性不强等质量问题。主要从材料和施工两大方面来分析质量问题的原因,并提出一系列相关的防治措施。

As a new building energy -saving measure, the effectiveness of the exterior insulation technology has been widely confirmed in practice. In recent years, the exterior insulation has been popularized rapidly with the enforcement of architecture energy-saving standards. However, some problems have showed up, including the layer cracking seepage, hollowing, shedding, efflorescence, poor durability and some other quality problems. The paper mainly analyzes the reasons of the quality issues from the material and construction, and proposes some countermeasures to settle the problem.
