探析哮喘患者的体重指数(BMI)与糖皮质激素反应性的关系。入选我院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的142例哮喘患者作为观察对象,按照BMI不同分为消瘦组(BMI<18.5 kg/m2)44例、正常组(BMI=18.5~23 kg/m2)50例及超重组(BMI≥23 kg/m2)48例,均给予糖皮质激素治疗,比较各组肺功能变化和治疗效果。3组治疗前FEV1和FEV1/FVC比较大体一致;治疗后2 w和1个月,正常组FEV1显著优于超重组;治疗后3个月,消瘦组和正常组FEV1/FVC显著优于超重组(均<0.05);在各时段正常组的控制率均最高,其次为消瘦组,超重组控制率最低,且正常组各个时段的控制率显著高于超重组(均<0.05)。超重哮喘患者对糖皮质激素治疗反应性低于体重指数正常哮喘患者。

To explore the relationship between the body mass index (BMI) and the glucocorticoid reaction in the patients with asthma. Total 142 patients with asthma to receive treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the observed subjects and were divided into marasmus group (BMI< 18.5 kg/m2; n=44), normal group (BMI=18.5-23 kg/m2;n=50) and overweight group (BMI≥ 23 kg/m2;n= 48). All of them were treated with glucocorticoid, and then pulmonary function changes and curative effects were compared among the three groups. Before the treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the three groups were roughly same; two weeks and one month after the treatment, FEV1 in the normal group was obviously better than that in the overweight group; three months after the treatment, FEV1/FVC in the marasmus group and normal group were obviously better than that in the overweight group (all <0.05). In different phases, the control rate in the normal group was always the highest, and that in the marasmus group was the second and that in the overweight group was the lowest; moreover, the control rate in the normal group in different phases was obviously higher than that in the overweight group (all <0.05). The glucocorticoid reaction of the asthma patients with overweight is lower than that of the asthma patient with normal body mass index.
