结合某具体工程实例阐述了排水专项规划编制的要点，分析了城市建成区积水点形成的主要原因，提出了扩容截洪沟、市区现有河道、明沟的综合改造方案，推荐城市排水系统在完善设施的前提下还应建立一套与之相适应的排水工程监控管理信息系统，同时提出了提升排水管理结构体制和服务保障等改革措施。

Based on a practical project case,this paper discusses key points in the preparation of Special Planning for Mu-nicipal Water Drainage. Through analysis of major ponding causes in urban built-up areas,it proposes a comprehensive modification scheme,including expanding cut-off ditches,rivers and trenches and recommends a monitoring and man-agement information system on the premise of facility optimization. Meanwhile,reform measures of drainage system man-agement structures and service assurance were proposed.
