目的：探讨股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法分析2009年1月～2013年1月的住院采用髋加压滑动螺钉内固定（ DHS）手术治疗的股骨粗隆间患者。结果患者274例，优249例，良19例，可6例，差0例。优良率97％。患者切口均为1期愈合，无螺钉断裂及钢板断裂现象的发生，无钢板周围骨折，所有骨折均愈合，未见股骨头坏死。患者基本恢复良好。结论髋加压滑动螺钉内固定（ DHS）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果好，有效放置髋内翻，能够早期下床活动。该固定治疗值得基层医院推广。
목적：탐토고골조륭간골절적치료방법화료효。방법분석2009년1월～2013년1월적주원채용관가압활동라정내고정（ DHS）수술치료적고골조륭간환자。결과환자274례，우249례，량19례，가6례，차0례。우량솔97％。환자절구균위1기유합，무라정단렬급강판단렬현상적발생，무강판주위골절，소유골절균유합，미견고골두배사。환자기본회복량호。결론관가압활동라정내고정（ DHS）치료고골조륭간골절림상효과호，유효방치관내번，능구조기하상활동。해고정치료치득기층의원추엄。
Objective To study the femoral intertrochanteric fracture treatment methods and curative effect.Methods A retrospective analysis in 2009.1~2013.1 the hospital with compression hip sliding screw fixation ( DHS) operation for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric patients.Results 274 cases of this group of patients, 249 cases were excel-lent, good in 19 cases, 6 cases, poor in 0 cases.Excellent rate was 97%.All patients in the group of 1 incision heal-ing, no screw breakage and steel plate fracture phenomenon occurred, no plate fracture around, all fractures were healed.No avascular necrosis of the femoral head.The patient recovered well.Conclusions Hip sliding compression screw fixation ( DHS) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture clinical effect is good, effective placement of coxa va-ra, early ambulation.The fixed treatment worth the basic unit hospital promotion.
