目的:探讨应用带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的临床效果。方法2010年5月至2013年12月应用带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损13例,均为男性,年龄51~59岁,病理分型:高分化鳞癌3例,中分化鳞癌10例。结果13例带蒂胸大肌皮瓣均成活,全部病例胸部供皮区均一期愈合。所有患者舌部、下颌骨、口底缺损修复形态良好,患者吞咽功能、咀嚼、语音功能恢复良好,术前术后对比,未见明显面部畸形,术后随访1~3年,1例患者术后1年出现肺感染死亡,其余患者未见转移和复发。结论带蒂胸大肌皮瓣组织量丰富,适用于口腔颌面部癌术后组织缺损修复及器官功能恢复。

목적:탐토응용대체흉대기피판수복구강암술후조직결손적림상효과。방법2010년5월지2013년12월응용대체흉대기피판수복구강암술후조직결손13례,균위남성,년령51~59세,병리분형:고분화린암3례,중분화린암10례。결과13례대체흉대기피판균성활,전부병례흉부공피구균일기유합。소유환자설부、하합골、구저결손수복형태량호,환자탄인공능、저작、어음공능회복량호,술전술후대비,미견명현면부기형,술후수방1~3년,1례환자술후1년출현폐감염사망,기여환자미견전이화복발。결론대체흉대기피판조직량봉부,괄용우구강합면부암술후조직결손수복급기관공능회복。
Objective To discuss the pedicled pectoralis major muscle flap after oral cancer tissue defects clinical effect.Methods May, 2010-December, 2013, pedicled pectoralis major muscle flap after oral cancer tissue defects , 13 cases were male , aged 51 ~59 years old, pathological type: three cases of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma , squamous cell differentiation 10 cases.Results 13 cases of pedicled pectoralis major flaps survived, in all cases the chest donor site healed .All patients tongue, mandible, floor of the mouth good shape defects , patients with swallowing , chewing , speech function recovered well after surgery preoperative contrast , no significant facial deformity , after 1~3 years of follow-up, 1 patient surgery pulmonary infection after a year of death , and the remaining patients no metastasis and recurrence .Conclusions Pedicled pectoralis major flap tissue-rich, suitable for oral and maxillofacial surgery cancer tissue defect repair and restore organ function .
