目的：探讨超声引导乳房真空旋切刀在病灶切除中的临床应用，并结合我科临床对麦默通微创技术在乳腺临床上的应用进行总结。方法应用麦默通微创切除术前B超探及的乳腺肿物病变50例。结果超声引导下乳腺深层肿物在微创条件下可完整切除，乳腺微创旋切手术可在门诊进行，手术时间短，术中出血少，术后即可回家，另有极小切口，病人创伤极小。术后3个月及6个月随访，患者满意度达94％。结论麦默通微创技术可作为B超探及的乳腺病灶切除手术的首选方式。
목적：탐토초성인도유방진공선절도재병조절제중적림상응용，병결합아과림상대맥묵통미창기술재유선림상상적응용진행총결。방법응용맥묵통미창절제술전B초탐급적유선종물병변50례。결과초성인도하유선심층종물재미창조건하가완정절제，유선미창선절수술가재문진진행，수술시간단，술중출혈소，술후즉가회가，령유겁소절구，병인창상겁소。술후3개월급6개월수방，환자만의도체94％。결론맥묵통미창기술가작위B초탐급적유선병조절제수술적수선방식。
Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasound guided breast vacuum rotary cutting knife in the lesion resection in combination , and the clinical application of mammotome minimally invasive technique in clinical breast .Methods Application of mammotome minimally invasive surgery before and B ultrasound breast tumor lesions in 50 cases.Results Under the guidance of ultrasound in minimally invasive under conditions of complete resection , breast minimally invasive operation can be performed on an outpatient basis, short operation, less bleeding during the operation , after operation, the patients could go home with very small incision, minimal trauma.Follow-up after 3 ~6 months, the satisfaction rate was 94%.Conclusions Mammotome minimally invasive techniques can be used as the best method to remove benign breast mass .
