针对某汽封压力调节器汽封系统压力波动较大的问题,通过理论分析与计算,得出了影响汽封系统压力波动的主要原因,发现汽封压力波动的主要原因为喷油嘴尺寸调整不当或进汽窗口与排汽窗口型线不匹配,进而针对两种可能的原因,加工调节套筒及不同通径喷油嘴试验件并进行配机试验。通过试验表明,影响汽封系统压力波动的主要原因为喷油嘴通径调整不当,当改变喷油嘴通径为φ2.5mm 时,可维持汽封系统压力与汽封抽汽系统压力在技术要求规定值之内,并可大幅减少汽封系统压力波动。

By theoretical calculations and analysis, two main causes which may lead to pressure fluctuation in a steam turbine seal system are identified, which are the improper size of oil injection nozzle , the mismatch of steam inlet and outlet ports in the adjusting cylinder of a seal gas regulator .A series of testing with redesigned adjusting cylinder and different-sized oil injection nozzles are conducted, which can prove that the oil injection attributes to the pressure fluctuation, when the diameter of the oil injection is 2.5mm, the seal pressure and the seal elicit pressure are in the allowed value and the seal pressure fluctuation reduces greatly.
