以重庆主城某大型商业区的空调系统设计为例,从冷热源、末端系统和输配系统三方面综合分析,提出了一个有效利用建筑面积、降低运行能耗和费用、绿色环保的空调系统,以期为以后类似项目的空调设计提供参考。该空调系统主要具有以下特点:(1)采用离心式冷水机组+螺杆式风冷热泵的冷热源形式,通过阀门启闭实现制冷、制热工况的转换;(2)在过渡季节,通过控制吊柜式空调机组新风管和回风管上的电动新风调节阀和回风调节阀来实现全新风工况运行,并采用中庭排烟风机兼作排风,来维持室内气压平衡、提升室内空气品质;(3)设置独立的新风-排风全热交换系统。
以重慶主城某大型商業區的空調繫統設計為例,從冷熱源、末耑繫統和輸配繫統三方麵綜閤分析,提齣瞭一箇有效利用建築麵積、降低運行能耗和費用、綠色環保的空調繫統,以期為以後類似項目的空調設計提供參攷。該空調繫統主要具有以下特點:(1)採用離心式冷水機組+螺桿式風冷熱泵的冷熱源形式,通過閥門啟閉實現製冷、製熱工況的轉換;(2)在過渡季節,通過控製弔櫃式空調機組新風管和迴風管上的電動新風調節閥和迴風調節閥來實現全新風工況運行,併採用中庭排煙風機兼作排風,來維持室內氣壓平衡、提升室內空氣品質;(3)設置獨立的新風-排風全熱交換繫統。

This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the cold and heat source, terminal system and distribution system, with the example of the air conditioning system of a large commercial zone in Chongqing. An air conditioning system is proposed, that can make use of construction area effectively, reduce energy consumption and cost, and be green. The air conditioning system mainly has the following features:(1)It uses centrifugal chillers and screw air source heat pumps as the cold and heat source, and changes the cooling and heating condition through opening or closing the valves; (2)It can achieve the full fresh air operation by controlling the electric valves which installed on the fresh air duct and return air duct of suspended air conditioning units during transitional seasons, and uses the smoke exhaust fans of the atrium to exhaust air in order to maintain indoor air pressure balance and improve indoor air quality; (3)It also has independent fresh air-exhaust air heat exchange system. So it is hoped to provide a reference for the air conditioning design of similar projects in the future.
