基于现行快递配送网络，引入快递网络图模型，构建一种快递应急配送网络，即环形放射状应急配送网络。在考虑到构建成本的前提下，运用谱图理论相关理论，论证了所构建的网络符合应急网络的要求。
基于現行快遞配送網絡，引入快遞網絡圖模型，構建一種快遞應急配送網絡，即環形放射狀應急配送網絡。在攷慮到構建成本的前提下，運用譜圖理論相關理論，論證瞭所構建的網絡符閤應急網絡的要求。
기우현행쾌체배송망락，인입쾌체망락도모형，구건일충쾌체응급배송망락，즉배형방사상응급배송망락。재고필도구건성본적전제하，운용보도이론상관이론，론증료소구건적망락부합응급망락적요구。
Based on existing distribution network,the graph model of the distribution network is introduced to construct a courier emergency distribution network,namely the annular radial emergency distribution network.In considering the construction cost under the premise, the concepts and related conclusions of spectral graph theory are used.It is demonstrated that the network constructed meets the requirements of emergency networks.
