目的：对66例脑出血患者应用高压氧治疗的疗效进行观察。方法选取66例于近一年期间接收的脑出血患者，将入选患者平分为对照组与实验组，将常规治疗应用于对照组，高压氧治疗实验组，观察两组疗效。结果实验组神经功能缺损改善及疗效明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论脑出血采取高压氧治疗，可明显改善临床症状，疗效显著。
목적：대66례뇌출혈환자응용고압양치료적료효진행관찰。방법선취66례우근일년기간접수적뇌출혈환자，장입선환자평분위대조조여실험조，장상규치료응용우대조조，고압양치료실험조，관찰량조료효。결과실험조신경공능결손개선급료효명현우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론뇌출혈채취고압양치료，가명현개선림상증상，료효현저。
Objective To observe the curative effect of 66 cases of patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 66 patients were innearly a year in our hospital during reception of cerebral hemorrhage, the patients weredivided into control group and experiment group, conventional treatment is applied to the-control group, the hyperbaric oxygen treatment in experimental group, two groups of curative effect observation.Results The nerve function defect and the experimental group improvedsignificantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen treatmentof cerebral hemorrhage, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the curative effect is remarkable.
