目的：分析盆腔肿瘤螺旋断层放射治疗的摆位误差。方法：选取2013年8月至2014年1月间在我院收治的盆腔肿瘤患者20例，每次治疗前行兆伏级 CT（MVCT）扫描，与计划系统千伏级 CT（KVCT）图像进行配准，获取患者左右（X）、头脚（Y）、腹背（Z）轴方向及横断面（Roll）方向的误差值，对其误差值进行统计分析。结果：20例患者共进行330次 MVCT 扫描，在 X、Y、Z 和 Roll 方向上的分次间位置移动度平均误差分别为（0．41±2．48） mm、（－2．90±4．38）mm、（0．66±2．70）mm，（－0．05±0．97）°。结论：螺旋断层放疗前每次行图像引导可发现及减小分次间误差，提高治疗精度。
목적：분석분강종류라선단층방사치료적파위오차。방법：선취2013년8월지2014년1월간재아원수치적분강종류환자20례，매차치료전행조복급 CT（MVCT）소묘，여계화계통천복급 CT（KVCT）도상진행배준，획취환자좌우（X）、두각（Y）、복배（Z）축방향급횡단면（Roll）방향적오차치，대기오차치진행통계분석。결과：20례환자공진행330차 MVCT 소묘，재 X、Y、Z 화 Roll 방향상적분차간위치이동도평균오차분별위（0．41±2．48） mm、（－2．90±4．38）mm、（0．66±2．70）mm，（－0．05±0．97）°。결론：라선단층방료전매차행도상인도가발현급감소분차간오차，제고치료정도。
Objective:To evaluate the set-up errors in tomotherapy treatment for pelvic neoplasms.Methods:Twenty patients with pelvic tumor treated in our hospital from August 2013 to January 2014 were enrolled in this study. Megavoltage CT (MVCT)scanning was performed before each treatment and then registered with planning kilovoltage CT (KVCT)image.The errors on horizontal direction and cross section (Roll)direction of axis of left-right (X),head-foot (Y),back-belly (Z)of patients were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:In a total of 330 times MVCT scan-ning,the mean inter-fraction set-up error in X、Y、Z directions was (0.41 ±2.48)mm,(-2.90 ±4.38)mm,(0.66 ± 2.70 mm)respectively and (-0.05°±0.97°)in cross section(Roll)direction.Conclusion:The inter fractional set-up errors can be found and reduced to improve the precision of treatment through the image guidance in Tomotherapy.
