目的:评价软通道微创穿刺血肿清除术在治疗急性脑出血中的临床疗效。方法对照组患者接受常规保守治疗,实验组患者则采用软通道微创穿刺血肿清除术治疗。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前颅内血肿量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均显著减少差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的减少程度显著优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑出血应用软通道微创穿刺血肿清除术能最大限度地清除颅内积血,减轻患者神经功能损伤,提升患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the soft channel of minimally invasive puncture hematoma clear clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Control group patients received conventional conservative treatment, experimental group patients were used for the treatment of soft channel of minimally invasive puncture hematoma removal.Results Treatment group total effective rate was 92.5%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group 70.0%, the difference between groups with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05); The two groups before treatment of intracranial hematoma volume there was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05), were signiifcantly reduced after treatment (P<0.05), degree of reducing the experimental group signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebral hemorrhage application soft channel of minimally invasive puncture for removal of hematoma can maximize the removal of intracranial hemorrhage, alleviate nerve function in patients with injury, improve patient quality of life, higher clinical value.
