目的：分析女性内分泌失调的治疗方式与疗效。方法研究对象为我院2014年1月～12月收治的100例妇科内分泌失调患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例，其中对照组采用常规西药治疗干预，观察组在对照组基础上添加中药辅助治疗，而后分析两组患者的疗效和相关性激素的水平变化。结果在治疗有效率上，观察组为96%，对照组为78%；在性激素指标上，观察组提升的比例均高于对照组。结论女性内分泌失调可以通过中西药联合治疗来达到更好的调节作用，各项指标恢复程度更优质。

목적：분석녀성내분비실조적치료방식여료효。방법연구대상위아원2014년1월～12월수치적100례부과내분비실조환자，장기분위대조조화관찰조，각50례，기중대조조채용상규서약치료간예，관찰조재대조조기출상첨가중약보조치료，이후분석량조환자적료효화상관성격소적수평변화。결과재치료유효솔상，관찰조위96%，대조조위78%；재성격소지표상，관찰조제승적비례균고우대조조。결론녀성내분비실조가이통과중서약연합치료래체도경호적조절작용，각항지표회복정도경우질。
ObjectiveTo analyze the female endocrine disorders treatment and effect.MethodsThe study from our hospital admissions during 2014 January to December 100 cases of gynecological endocrine disorders patients, divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated by routine western medicine intervention, while the observation group was added Chinese medicine adjunctive therapy group based on the analysis of effect and correlation, the changes in the levels of hormone in patients of two groups and after treatment.ResultsThe effective rate in the treatment, the observation group was 96%, 78% in the control group;sex hormones in the index, the observation group to enhance the proportion was higher than that of control group. ConclusionThe female endocrine disorders can be achieved better regulation through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of various indicators of the degree of recovery, better quality.
