利用废弃的粉煤灰制备混凝剂对垃圾渗滤液进行预处理.考察了不同pH值、温度和投量下,垃圾渗滤液中COD和氨氮的去除率,并与传统混凝剂进行比较.研究发现pH值在6~7之间时,三种混凝剂的处理效果达到最佳,粉煤灰混凝剂的处理效果好于传统混凝剂,COD和氨氮最大去除率分别可达73.8%和65.5%;通常温度下,改变温度不会影响混凝剂的处理效果;各混凝剂均存在最佳投加量(约1.5×10-3 mol/L),在相同投量下,自制粉煤灰的处理效果好于传统混凝剂.该项研究不仅解决了垃圾渗滤液的预处理问题,也为粉煤灰的资源化利用探索了新途径.

In this paper , the coagulant made of waste fly ash was used to dispose the landfill leachate as a pretreatment method .The COD and NH 3—N removal rates of landfill leachate using fly ash coagulant was measured on the conditions of different pH , temperatures and dosages, which was compared with the effects of traditional coagulants .From pH 6 to pH 7, COD and NH 3—N removal rates of the three coagulants were the best , and the result of fly ash coagulant was better than the traditional coagulants , and the best COD and NH 3—N re-moval rates were 73.8%and 65.5%, respectively.In usual conditions, temperature would not become the limit factor .The optimum dosage of all the three coagulants was existent ( a-bout 1.5 ×10 -3 mol/L), and the effect of fly ash coagulant was better than the traditional coagulants under the same condition of dosage .This paper not only solve the problem of landfill leachate pretreatment , but also explore a new way of fly ash utilization .
