目的:研究不同材料不同厚度的施源器对192 Ir 源近距离放射治疗剂量分布的影响。方法:选取不锈钢和塑料两种常用的施源器材料,不锈钢的厚度有0.05cm、0.1cm、0.2cm、0.3cm、0.4cm 和0.5cm 六种,塑料的厚度有0.1cm、0.3cm、0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm 和2.0cm 六种,利用 EGSnrc 程序,模拟体模中有施源器和无施源器时的剂量分布,对比分析施源器材料和厚度对剂量分布的影响。结果:不锈钢施源器产生的剂量偏差随厚度的增加而增大,在厚度小于0.1cm 的情况下,径向方向2cm 范围内剂量偏差不超过3%,厚度超过0.1cm 时,剂量偏差超过5%。塑料施源器剂量偏差与厚度之间无明显关系,在厚度小于2cm 的情况下,径向方向3cm 范围内误差在3%的范围内。结论:在近距离放射治疗应尽量选用塑料材质的施源器,需要考虑不锈钢施源器对剂量分布的影响。

목적:연구불동재료불동후도적시원기대192 Ir 원근거리방사치료제량분포적영향。방법:선취불수강화소료량충상용적시원기재료,불수강적후도유0.05cm、0.1cm、0.2cm、0.3cm、0.4cm 화0.5cm 륙충,소료적후도유0.1cm、0.3cm、0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm 화2.0cm 륙충,이용 EGSnrc 정서,모의체모중유시원기화무시원기시적제량분포,대비분석시원기재료화후도대제량분포적영향。결과:불수강시원기산생적제량편차수후도적증가이증대,재후도소우0.1cm 적정황하,경향방향2cm 범위내제량편차불초과3%,후도초과0.1cm 시,제량편차초과5%。소료시원기제량편차여후도지간무명현관계,재후도소우2cm 적정황하,경향방향3cm 범위내오차재3%적범위내。결론:재근거리방사치료응진량선용소료재질적시원기,수요고필불수강시원기대제량분포적영향。
Objective:To evaluate the impact of applicators with different materials and thickness on dose distri-bution in branchytherapy.Methods:Two commonly used applicator materials including stainless steel and plastic were se-lected in this study.There were six different thickness of stainless steel which were 0.05cm,0.1cm,0.2cm,0.3cm, 0.4cm and 0.5cm and six different thickness of plastic which were 0.1cm,0.3cm,0.5cm,1.0cm,1.5cm and 2.0cm. EGSnrc program was used to simulate dose distribution with and without applicator in phantom,the comparative analysis was made to evaluate the effect of different materials and thickness of applicator on dose distribution.Results:Dose devia-tion produced by stainless steel increased with the thickness of application.When the thickness was less than 0.1cm,the radial direction dose deviation in the range of 2cm was no more than 3%.When the thickness is more than 0.1cm,more than 5% dose deviation was observed.There was no obvious correlation between the thickness and dose deviation when plastic applicator was adopted.When the thickness was less than 2cm,the error of radial direction within the scope of 3cm was less than 3%.Conclusion:Currently,plastic material applicator should be selected firstly in brachytherapy.In order to improve the accuracy of brachytherapy,the effect of stainless steel applicator on dose distribution must be taken into ac-count.
