目的：分析应用辛伐他汀对脑血栓患者进行干预治疗的疗效，为临床上更好的对脑血栓患者用药提供科学依据。方法选取2012年12月～2013年12月在我院接受治疗的脑血栓患者116例作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，各58例。为稳定病情，对两组患者都给予常规治疗，包括卧床休息、调压、溶栓等。在常规治疗的基础上，实验组同时给予辛伐他汀和阿司匹林，采用口服的方式进行治疗；对照组则只口服阿司匹林进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前和治疗6个月后体内甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）等生化指标分别进行检测并比较。结果6个月后，实验组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C均降低，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；HDL-C在两组患者之间无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对脑血栓患者应用辛伐他汀，在延缓动脉粥样硬化进程、改善患者神经功能及降低血脂方面疗效显著，患者的生活质量得到了很大提高，值得在临床上应用和推广。
목적：분석응용신벌타정대뇌혈전환자진행간예치료적료효，위림상상경호적대뇌혈전환자용약제공과학의거。방법선취2012년12월～2013년12월재아원접수치료적뇌혈전환자116례작위연구대상，근거치료방법적불동，수궤장기분위대조조화실험조，각58례。위은정병정，대량조환자도급여상규치료，포괄와상휴식、조압、용전등。재상규치료적기출상，실험조동시급여신벌타정화아사필림，채용구복적방식진행치료；대조조칙지구복아사필림진행치료。대량조환자치료전화치료6개월후체내감유삼지（TG）、총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백-담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백-담고순（HDL-C）등생화지표분별진행검측병비교。결과6개월후，실험조환자적TG、TC、LDL-C균강저，명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；HDL-C재량조환자지간무명현변화，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론대뇌혈전환자응용신벌타정，재연완동맥죽양경화진정、개선환자신경공능급강저혈지방면료효현저，환자적생활질량득도료흔대제고，치득재림상상응용화추엄。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of simvastatin intervention treatment the clinical effect of patients with cerebral thrombosis,for better clinical medication in patients with cerebral thrombosis provide a scientiifc basis.Methods Will be in December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 116 patients with cerebral thrombosis as the research object, according to the different method of treatment,the study randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and the experimental group (58 cases).To treat stable condition,the study of two groups of participants were given conventional treatment,such as bed rest, regulating and thrombolysis. On the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group subjects at the same time give simvastatin and aspirin,adopt the way of oral treatment.The research object of control group only treated with oral aspirin.For both groups before and after 6 months treatment in triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)-such as tested respectively, and compare the biochemical indicators.Results After six months, the experimental group subjects of TG,TC,LDL-C are reduced,signiifcantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);HDL-C did not change signiifcantly between the two groups,no statistically signiifcant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Application simvastatin in patients with cerebral thrombosis,in the slow process of atherosclerosis,improve nerve function and reducing blood lipid in curative effect is distinct,the patient's quality of life has been greatly improved,is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
