目的:探讨手术室护理在腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法:选取在本院行腹腔镜手术患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组行舒适手术室护理,记录两组患者手术观察指标和术后观察指标,并行视觉模拟评分(VAS),观察术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、气管拔管时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、术后12 h疼痛程度、HAMD评分及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强舒适手术室护理在腹腔镜手术中的应用,可缩短患者手术时间和下床活动时间,降低术后疼痛感及术后并发症发生率等。

목적:탐토수술실호리재복강경수술중적응용개치。방법:선취재본원행복강경수술환자100례작위연구대상,채용수궤수자표법장환자분위대조조화관찰조,대조조행상규수술실호리,관찰조행서괄수술실호리,기록량조환자수술관찰지표화술후관찰지표,병행시각모의평분(VAS),관찰술후병발증발생솔。결과:관찰조수술시간、기관발관시간、하상활동시간、항문배기시간、술후12 h동통정도、HAMD평분급술후병발증발생솔균저우대조조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:가강서괄수술실호리재복강경수술중적응용,가축단환자수술시간화하상활동시간,강저술후동통감급술후병발증발생솔등。
Objective:To explore the applications of operating room nursing in laparoscopic surgery.Method:100 patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine operating room nursing.The observation group were treated with comfortable nursing in operation room.The surgical observation indexes and postoperative observation indexes were recorded.VAS was used for the assessment of complications after operation. The rate of complications after operation was observed.Result:The operation time,extubation time,postoperative activity time, porta exhaust time,pain degree within 12 h after operation,HAMD score and rate of complications after operation of the test group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The applications of comfortable operating room nursing can effectively shorten the operation time and activity time of patients,relieve postoperative pain and the rate of complications after operation.
