通过建立镀膜光纤探针仿真模型,模拟锥形镀膜光纤探针针尖处剖面状态,实现对纳米微粒的非接触操作,以空气为操作环境,分析光纤探针镀膜厚度和光纤探针出射孔径的逐渐变化,找出其对近场光强的影响。同时对光纤探针发射激光照射AFM探针的角度变化、光纤探针与AFM探针之间距离的改变以及两者对AFM探针尖端场增强的影响规律做出了定量分析,通过仿真实验分析,进一步发现最大场增强因子,为完成纳米级物体操纵实验提供了参考。
通過建立鍍膜光纖探針倣真模型,模擬錐形鍍膜光纖探針針尖處剖麵狀態,實現對納米微粒的非接觸操作,以空氣為操作環境,分析光纖探針鍍膜厚度和光纖探針齣射孔徑的逐漸變化,找齣其對近場光彊的影響。同時對光纖探針髮射激光照射AFM探針的角度變化、光纖探針與AFM探針之間距離的改變以及兩者對AFM探針尖耑場增彊的影響規律做齣瞭定量分析,通過倣真實驗分析,進一步髮現最大場增彊因子,為完成納米級物體操縱實驗提供瞭參攷。

In order to discover the probe acting on intensity of the near -field, this paper a-dapted the coating optical fiber probe simulation model .Through the simulation of the taper-ed metal-coated optical fiber probe , the non-contact operation of nano particles in the air could be realized .Through the analysis of optical fiber probe coating thickness and the grad-ually change of optical fiber probe aperture , found out their influence on the near field inten-sity.This paper presented a quantitative analysis of the influence law of the field enhance-ment factor by the changing of the angle and distance between two probes .Simulated experi-ments showed the maximum factor of field enhancement factor , it could provide reference for the nano object manipulation experiment .
