对玉液颗粒制剂工艺参数进行了研究,选取了最优的制备工艺参数.利用正交设计,采用君药黄芪的主要成分黄芪甲苷以及提取物的干膏收率为指标,筛选了工艺参数.确定最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量的水提取3次,每次1 h;最佳一步制粒工艺为泵药速度3000 mL/h,药液相对密度1.08~1.06 mg/mL和进风温度170℃;一步制粒的主要技术参数为泵进药液速度55~60 mL/min;喷雾过程压力0.3 MPa;蒸汽压力0.5 MPa;进料温度为55~50℃;进风口温度为76~86℃;出风口温度为50~45℃.本实验选取的工艺参数条件适用于玉液颗粒的工业生产.

In this paper , formulation process parameters of Yuye granules were studied , and the optimal process parameters were selected .The process parameters were optimized using orthogonal design , the main component of the use of herbs and Astragaloside Astragalus ex-tract yield of dry extract indicators .The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 8 times the amount of water for extracting three times , 1 h each time;the best one step granu-lation process for drug pump speed was 3 000 mL/h, the relative density of the liquid was 1.08~1.06 mg/mL and feed air temperature was 170℃.The main technical parameters of one step granulation were liquid speed of 55~60 mL/min, spray pressure of 0.3 MPa, va-por pressure of 0.5 MPa, the material temperature of 55~50 ℃, inlet air temperature of 76~86℃, the air temperature of 50~45℃.The selected process parameters are suitable for industrial mass production of Yuye particles .
