研究传统中药五味子是否具有抗溃疡的作用，为其进一步开发应用提供一定的依据。采用冰醋酸法大鼠胃溃疡模型进行实验，观察五味子提取物对大鼠胃溃疡的治愈情况。五味子提取物对冰醋酸法制备的大鼠胃溃疡具有明显的治愈效果。该方法简单易行，可以作为北五味子抗溃疡的研究方法。

To research on the anti -ulcer effect of schisandra chinensis providing a certain basis for its further development and application .The experiment was performed by rat gas-tric ulcer model of glacial acetic acid method .The healing effect of schizandra chinensis ex-tract on rat gastric ulcer was observed .Results indicated that the gastric ulcer effect of the schisandra chinensis was obvious .This method was simple and could be used as an approach to the study of ulcer of fructus schisandrae chinensis .
