目的：探究运用氯吡格雷佐治疗急性心绞痛的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年9月～2014年9月在我院接受急性心绞痛治疗的180例患者的临床资料，依据所用药物不同分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规药物治疗，实验组患者在对照组基础上接受氯吡格雷治疗，分析两组患者用药后的疗效、心绞痛发作时间和频率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为90%明显高于对照组的62.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且两组患者的心绞痛时间缩短、发作次数减少，实验组患者的改善程度更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论运用氯吡格雷治疗急性心绞痛患者，可以显著地缓解心绞痛症状，提高疗效，值得在后续治疗中继续使用。

목적：탐구운용록필격뢰좌치료급성심교통적료효。방법회고성분석2013년9월～2014년9월재아원접수급성심교통치료적180례환자적림상자료，의거소용약물불동분위실험조화대조조，대조조환자접수상규약물치료，실험조환자재대조조기출상접수록필격뢰치료，분석량조환자용약후적료효、심교통발작시간화빈솔。결과실험조치료총유효솔위90%명현고우대조조적62.22%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；차량조환자적심교통시간축단、발작차수감소，실험조환자적개선정도경가현저，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론운용록필격뢰치료급성심교통환자，가이현저지완해심교통증상，제고료효，치득재후속치료중계속사용。
Objective Explore the use of clopidogrel with therapeutic effect in treatment of acute angina pectoris.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 Sepember to 2014 year in Sepember to accept the clinical data of 180 cases with acute angina pectoris patients treated in our hospital,according to the different drugs were divided into experimental group and control group,patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy,the patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group receiving clopidogrel treatment, Gray, clinical analysis two groups of patients after treatment, the angina attack frequency and time.Results Treatment of the experimental group of patients with total efifciency was signiifcantly higher than the control group;and the two group of patients with angina pectoris,shorten the time of seizure frequency reduction,improvement of the experimental group were more signiifcant.Conclusion The use of clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute angina,can signiifcantly alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the therapeutic effect,worthy to use in the follow-up treatment.
