基层电大主要是县级工作站，就安徽安庆地区而言，基层电大人员配置少，教学管理任务重，教学管理工作具有时间跨度大、种类多、相对稳定等特点。微课以其短小精悍、易于理解接受、便于共享传输等特点在开放教育中得到较大的关注。将微课和教学管理相结合，能加快教学管理的信息化，提高基层电大教学管理水平。对区域内电大系统加大微课在教学管理中的运用提出三点建议：完善资源共享平台，形成协作分工的格局，建立奖励机制。

The regional Radio and TV University mainly refers to the workstation at county level. It is normal with less work staffs and heavy workloads at regional RTUs in terms of Anqing workstation in Anhui area. Generally speaking, features of teaching management concerns of a large time span, variety tasks and relative stability, etc. Micro lesson arouses more attention at open education for its simple and brief, easy to be understood and accepted, easy to be shared and spread. Combination of micro lesson and teaching management improves the level and speeds up the informatization of teaching management at regional RTUs. Finally, the paper puts forward three suggestions on further application in teaching management at regional Radio and TV University system: perfect the resource sharing platform, form into a pattern of cooperation and specialization, and establish reward mechanism.
