社区大学及其分校是社区教育发展的有力支撑。以常州社区大学分校能力建设为视角进行个案分析，结果表明，常州社区大学分校能力建设取得了一定的成绩，但仍存在课程建设不够深入、缺乏统一的考核评价机制、教师资源的整合度、利用率不高、尚未充分利用网络平台等问题。为了推动我国社区教育发展，应加强在机制、课程、项目、师资、科研、网络等方面的建设。

The Community University together with its Branch School is the strong support in the development of Community Education. The case study in the perspective of ability construction at Branch School of Changzhou Community University indicates that the school has obtained certain achievements while there are still some problems existing involving in the depth of curriculum construction, lacking of unified evaluation mechanism, the integration of teacher resources, lower utilization and not making full use of network platform. In order to promote the development of community education in our country, we should strengthen the development at mechanism, curriculum, program, teacher resources, scientific research and network.
