采用水培法,研究镉胁迫对I-214杨生长和2种保护酶的影响。结果表明:镉胁迫对I-214杨生长有显著抑制作用,随镉浓度增加,植株体内可溶性蛋白含量升高,过氧化物酶含量呈下降趋势,过氧化氢酶含量在低浓度下增加,在较高浓度下降低。

This paper studied the growth and the activity of several protective enzymes in I-214 poplar under cadmium(Cd)stress by hydroponics method.The results showed that Cd stress significantly inhibited the growth of I-214 poplar.The content of soluble protein increased and the activity of peroxidase(POD)decreased with the concentration of Cd while the activity of catalase(CAT)increased at low concentration of Cd and decreased at higher concentration of Cd.
